  • Use our Size Guide to measure the widest part of each natural nail. Choose the size set that most closely matches your measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size and gently filing the sides for a more precise fit.

  • Yes. With careful removal and proper storage, many Jolly Miao sets can be worn again. Adhesive tabs are recommended when reusability is your priority. After removal, gently clean any remaining adhesive from the underside of the nails and return them to their original case.

  • Each set includes your press-on nails, nail glue, adhesive tabs, a nail file, a cuticle stick, an alcohol prep pad, and Jolly Miao storage box. Everything you need for a smooth at-home application is included.

  • Soak your nails in warm, soapy water with a small amount of oil, then gently loosen the edges using the included cuticle stick. Never pull or force the nails off, as this may damage your natural nails or the press-on set.

  • Wear time depends on your natural nails, preparation, application method, and daily activities. Nail glue generally provides longer wear, while adhesive tabs are ideal for shorter occasions and easier removal. For the best results, make sure your nails are clean, dry, and free from oils before application.

  • Due to the personal-use nature of press-on nails, returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Custom-sized or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please review our full Return Policy before placing your order.

  • Begin by gently pushing back your cuticles and lightly buffing the surface of your natural nails. Clean each nail with the included alcohol pad, select the correct size, and apply using nail glue or adhesive tabs. Press firmly for 20–30 seconds and avoid water immediately after application.

  • As each Jolly Miao press-on nail set is carefully handmade, please allow up to 15 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped, especially during periods of high order volume. Delivery time begins after your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on your destination and shipping method. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is on the way.
